Accessibility policy and conditions of access
As part of our accessibility policy, we offer support to people with disabilities in partnership with Ifocop.
Depending on the situations encountered and the needs identified, we can offer training adaptations, both in terms of the organization of the program, its delivery methods (in-person or online), and the accessibility of the content.
Our trainers are trained to provide adapted materials. If necessary, we can also adapt the font of a resource to make it more accessible to learners with visual impairments or dyslexia.
Regarding other adaptation options, regardless of the training method (in-person or online), we can request a specific support benefit (PAS) from our employment partners to enable candidates with disabilities to join a training program and benefit from all the necessary conditions for successful completion. If necessary, in complete confidentiality and with the candidate’s consent, our consultants may contact the Ifocop Disability Advisor to identify training adjustments to be implemented, both in-class and in-company.
Examples of adjustments
- Part-time or intermittent training
- Adapted training duration
- Adjusted examination conditions
- Stretching of tests over several consecutive sessions
- Specific tutoring
